would be separate sections for ladies, children and gents.

Request: Members who have the carom and chess boards are requested to inform
our secretary so that we can complete the games early on the day.
Simple
lunch is organized on the event day.
Management committee Meeting: At the same venue we will be conducting the management
committee meeting on the same day at 4.28PM onwards. We
request all our members to be part of this event and make it a grand success.
